Education Administrator
SkyWater Search is partnering with a prominent, faith-based institution as they look to hire a skilled, process-oriented, passionate Education Administrator to support their youth programming. This position is open as a result of a recent retirement, and will play a key role in optimizing processes/procedures, while also ensuring a positive experience for students and their families.
The Education Administrator is primarily responsible for the following, in partnership with the Program Director:
• Implementing systems and processes to ensure optimal operations for the school’s team and programming.
• Communication with families and teachers, in partnership with the Program Director.
• Management of program’s budget, payroll processes, grants, etc.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Program Director and Database Administrator to ensure smooth, timely launch of registration and planned touchpoints. registration with planned touchpoints for follow-up.
- Ensure student safety information is readily accessible to the appropriate parties.
- Coordinate with staff regarding scheduling, room requests, and supply needs.
- Contribute to a warm and welcoming environment for students and families.
- Monitor the program budget and communicates regularly with CFO.
- Manage faculty payroll process and submits biweekly payroll to accounting.
- Write grants and provide grant reports (e.g., Federation).
