Employment Litigation Associate – Century City
SkyWater Search Partners is assisting a reputable midlaw firm with its search for an employment litigation associate. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience representing employers and employees in high-stakes litigation involving all manner of employment and wage-and-hour claims, advice and counseling, and workplace investigations.
This person will have the opportunity for significant hands-on work and client contact. The firm’s partnership track is flexible and achievable, and the culture is flexible and laid-back.
Compensation depends on experience, but is likely $250k – $325k (base).
