SkyWater is coming off a record year and we are looking to hire strong talent to continue that growth. SkyWater Search Partners is looking to hire a technical expert and entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our rapidly growing IT Team!

As an Executive Recruiter in our IT practice you will be responsible for managing a “full desk” which will include recruiting, account management, and new business development.  This will be achieved through the development of strategic recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources, as well as developing new, creative strategies to grow your business.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit/attract qualified candidates for employment from initial sourcing and contact, through the full-cycle interview process.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including new clients & search partners
  • Partner with both existing & new clients as a consultant for their hiring needs

Desired Skills and Experience

  • A team player who is also highly motivated by individual results
  • Highly competitive, energetic, and self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills
  • 2-5 years experience working in a professional environment, preferably in a sales-focused role.
  • Polished business professional with a strong executive presence
