We are partnering with a long time client of ours in the Chicagoland area that is looking for their next Sr./Finance Manager! This team is laser focused on building a strong bench strength for succession planning to allow individuals to come in and grow within the company!
They are a Large PE-backed, Multi-National Manufacturer that is a leader in their space with hyper focus on ESG and sustainability incentives. We know the company well and can attest to their flexible, and collaborative environment as we’ve placed multiple people here. They are looking for those who want to add value, work cross functionally, proactively raise issues and fix/problem solve and roll up their sleeves.
Desired Skills and Responsibilities:
- 6+ years of experience with a foundation within FLDP/FDP
- Past/Current Leadership experience
- Professional polish – heavy leadership interaction
- Ability to influence and drive positive change
