Financial Reporting/SEC Manager | Hybrid!
I am working with a large, global Fortune 500 company that has an exceptional leadership team that has created a healthy culture of collaboration and fun! Due to internal movement/promotions there is a need for a new SEC/Financial Reporting Manager to join the team! This individual will have to have a strong technical foundation and must have a passion to join a well-ran, profitable company that is going under system transformations. They are continuously looking to improve processes/upgrade tools, as well as a finance-led organization.
Responsibilities
- 6+ years of experience - Big4/Top 10 public accounting foundation
- Currently sitting in an SEC/Technical role in a public company
- Management Experience - highly preferred
Desired Skills and Experience
- Must understand SEC/GAAP standards
- Strong Project Management Skills
- Deadline Driven
- Strong Technical Abilities - 10k/10q
