HRBP Manager Opportunity

Location:

  • Winsted, Minnesota (onsite with personal/project-based WFH flexibility)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $101,600 – $127,000 + variable compensation (based on company performance)

Reporting Structure & Team:

  • Reports to: VP of HR
  • Team Leadership: Managing Senior HRBPs and back-office staff

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday, business hours (onsite with personal/project-based WFH flexibility)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the HRBP team, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Strengthen employee relations, workplace culture, and leadership development initiatives
  • Drive talent management, succession planning, and performance improvement strategies
  • Partner with plant leadership to align HR strategy with operational priorities
  • Oversee compliance, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness
  • Identify and implement HR process improvements and best practices

 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years leading HRBPs in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong employee relations and engagement expertise
  • Hands-on leader with experience in HR transformations, change management, and acquisitions
  • Knowledge of employment laws, OSHA, and workforce planning
  • Comfortable being onsite, partnering closely with leadership and frontline employees
