HRBP Manager Opportunity
Location:
- Winsted, Minnesota (onsite with personal/project-based WFH flexibility)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $101,600 – $127,000 + variable compensation (based on company performance)

Reporting Structure & Team:
- Reports to: VP of HR
- Team Leadership: Managing Senior HRBPs and back-office staff
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, business hours (onsite with personal/project-based WFH flexibility)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the HRBP team, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Strengthen employee relations, workplace culture, and leadership development initiatives
- Drive talent management, succession planning, and performance improvement strategies
- Partner with plant leadership to align HR strategy with operational priorities
- Oversee compliance, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness
- Identify and implement HR process improvements and best practices
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years leading HRBPs in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong employee relations and engagement expertise
- Hands-on leader with experience in HR transformations, change management, and acquisitions
- Knowledge of employment laws, OSHA, and workforce planning
- Comfortable being onsite, partnering closely with leadership and frontline employees
