Human Resources Manager
SkyWater Search is partnering with an industry-leading building supply company known for manufacturing quality and high-end products within the residential and commercial markets. The company is known for a talented leadership team, a strong corporate culture and compelling financial outlook.
We are seeking a talented, collaborative HR Manager to support a manufacturing location of ~200 employees near Mason City, Iowa. This individual will support day-to-day HR operations for the plant while also collaborating closely with the regional HR team and spearheading strategic HR initiatives.

Responsibilities
Qualified individuals will have experience in a hands-on HR role within a similar-sized manufacturing environment and passion for the following: -Employee relations -Cultural transformation and employee engagement -Leadership development -Alignment and collaboration with Operations leadership
Desired Skills and Experience
-5-7 years of previous HR experience in a manufacturing environment -Strong communication, collaboration and business partner skills -Experience with employee relations, leadership coaching, and team development
