Inside Sales Representative – Industrial
SkyWater is partnering with a leading local fluid power manufacturer in the north metro of Minneapolis. They offer custom hydraulic solutions to a variety of industries, winning awards for quality and growth.
After doubling their manufacturing space and adding over 30% headcount, they are looking to add an Inside Sales Representive after promoting someone into a new position. They are looking for a hungry candidate with technical knowledge of mechanical or hydraulic systems. This individual will be using SalesForce as they track opportunities with local customers, supporting projects throughout the sales cycle.

Responsibilities
- Sales and account management
- Cross-functional work with Engineering, Production, and Manufacturing
- Customer interfacing and management of sales inquiries
- Up-to-date knowledge of product and industry
Desired Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of customer interaction, service, or sales experience
- Technical experience within fluid power or manufacturing preferred
- Reading engineered design drawings is a plus
- Ability to navigate SalesForce as a CRM system
- Personable and great communication skills
