IT Systems/Network Lead
SkyWater is partnering with a manufacturing client North of the Twin Cities to help find their new IT Manager. This person will report to the Director of IT & oversee a small team.
You will be responsible for leading the company’s tech operations, ensuring secure and efficient IT systems. Oversees infrastructure, networks, software, and cybersecurity, while aligning technology with business goals. Provides support, leads projects, and drives system improvements.
***This is an onsite position (5x/week) and cannot require sponsorship***
Desired Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- 1+ years of overseeing/managing a team
- Proficient with ERP systems, network systems, infrastructure, security, and more.
- Willing to be onsite full time (5x/week)
- Cannot require sponsorship
