SkyWater Search is partnering with a boutique law firm with offices in 11 cities throughout the U.S. to find an attorney to join its Financial Institution Litigation practice. An ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant litigation experience (bonus points for appellate or federal practice experience). The complex litigation practice includes real estate, property, liability, bankruptcy, appellate, and general commercial matters. This is a remote role and requires two or three bar admissions (federal and state) in any combination of California, Nevada, New Mexico, or Arizona.
