SkyWater is partnering with an existing client who’s looking for a Director of Manufacturing to their site in Atlanta! This person will be overseeing a team of 6 direct reports with roughly 140 indirect across multiple shifts. The Director of Manufacturing will also be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day manufacturing & production operations while leading continuous improvement initiatives & implementing lean manufacturing principles at the site. The role is open due to growth and we’re looking for a hands-on manufacturing leader who enjoys developing & growing their team members.
