This senior-level role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, providing strategic support to the Development team, and overseeing multifamily projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in owner representation and a strong architectural background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project owners, ensuring clear communication and alignment between all parties involved.
- Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors throughout the development process.
- Provide expert guidance to the Development team, partnering closely to ensure project goals are met.
- Oversee and support multifamily development projects from initiation through completion, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
