We are seekign a Finance Manager for a PE-backed company local to Fayetteville, AR. Reporting directly to the CFO and collaborating closely with the C-suite, this person will be instrumental in building and optimizing our finance function. The responsibilities will include financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach to driving financial performance and supporting business growth. Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is preferred.
