Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project teams to complete design and technical portions of projects within budget and on time.
Support projects independently from concept through construction.

Required Knowledge and Skills:
Strong proficiency in mechanical engineering principles, including design/build and permitting processes.

Knowledge of relevant laws, codes, regulations, and compliance requirements in mechanical and construction engineering.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an emphasis on mechanical systems.
5-7 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering and multi-disciplinary building projects.
PE license and/or LEED AP certification are a plus.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for construction document creation is required.
On-site work may be required (approximately 2 days per week).
Project management or lead engineer experience is beneficial.
Experience in education, corporate/commercial offices, state and local government sectors; hospitality experience is a plus.

This role will involve managing a variety of projects, enhancing current client partnerships, and promoting the growth of service offerings by working closely with other internal teams. Candidates must have a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and a solid background in building design/architecture-related work.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize strong technical skills and effective communication with clients

Prepare work plans, cost proposals, and project schedules based on client requests
Manage contracts with clients and external consultants, ensuring clarity on services provided
