Our client is looking for a Manager of FP&A focused on global consolidations — this person will own all forecasting, budgeting, quarterly reporting and performance improvement for the organization/all of its global segments. Ideal candidates will have 4-9 years of FP&A experience, ideally with foundations in an FLDP/Rotational program, and global consolidations/FP&A experience. Chicago-based, no relocation offered at this time.

You will identify and deliver service improvement activity across all inputs/outputs into the operational business through employing process improvement methodologies and the application of innovative thinking.

This is a remote role. There are no set billables and you can work as hard or as much as you want. Compensation is tied to billables, with Partners keeping up to 70% of their gross revenue. The remaining 30% covers staff, marketing, technology, and other overhead expenses. There is no base salary, only a revenue split. Best for someone to start with at least a moderate book of business as a foundation (at least $100-250k and up).
