SkyWater Search Partners is excited to partner with a privately held manufacturer in search of a production supervisor to lead their production team. This is a day shift position, hours will generally be 7a-3p with some flexibility, that will have coverage for parts of 1st and 2nd shift.
.Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and optimize all aspects of our client’s day-to-day dairy production operation. As the COO, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, strategic growth, and ensuring the continued success and sustainability of our operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality that their brand is known for.
