SkyWater is partnering with an existing client in South Dakota who’s looking to hire a Manufacturing Engineering Manager! The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will oversee the manufacturing engineering, maintenance, and tooling functions while leading a team of 30 direct reports (mix of engineers & technicians). This person will also be responsible for resolving manufacturing line issues, looking for efficiencies & cost-savings opportunities, partnering with cross-functional managers & plant leadership on strategic initiatives, leading new product development launches, and much more. We’re looking for an experienced manufacturing engineer or engineering manager with a background in the heavy machinery space (ag equipment, construction machinery, etc.).
