SkyWater is partnering with an existing client in the Sioux Falls area on a Project Engineer opportunity! The Project Engineer will be responsible for working with customers on design projects while partnering with internal engineering groups throughout project lifecycles. This includes designing custom products, estimating project costs, setting up testing & validation of products, working with customers on any design tweaks & changes and partnering with manufacturing & quality teams throughout the production stage. The Project Engineer will work on longer life cycle projects (1+ year) and will handle a project workload of around 10 projects at a time. We’re looking for an experienced engineer (2+ years) who has design and/or project engineering experience ideally within the heavy equipment space (ag equipment, heavy machinery, etc.).
