SkyWater Search Partners is working with an innovative firm utilizing cutting edge technology to increase billings, work life balance, and client satisfaction. We are looking for Partner-level Attorneys (at least 10 years of experience) with a book of business looking to grow their book, keep a larger cut of their billings, and work in a technology driven environment. Open to practice area, with particular interest in commercial/business/employment litigation, wills/trusts/estates, corporate, M&A, regulatory, tax, real estate, IP, labor & employment, finance, healthcare, or entertainment law. Work-life-balance is the driving force of the firm’s business model.
This is a remote role. There are no set billables and you can work as hard or as much as you want. Compensation is tied to billables, with Partners keeping up to 70% of their gross revenue. The remaining 30% covers staff, marketing, technology, and other overhead expenses. There is no base salary, only a revenue split. Best for someone to start with at least a moderate book of business as a foundation (at least $100-250k and up).
