A reputable mid-sized firm in a suburb of Chicago is looking to hire a corporate associate with at least 2 years of experience. This attorney would be joining the Franchise group doing a wide variety of transactional and regulatory work, including drafting disclosures and registrations, agreements, renewals, transfers, terminations, responses to government inquiries, purchase and sale documents, and more. This role will also involve regular negotiation and client facing contact. This role is on side in a suburb of Chicago 5 days a week, and there is no billable hour requirement.
