Manager of Benefit Administration Services
SkyWater Search has been retained by a Minneapolis-based non-profit in the Financial Services industry to find and hire a Manager of Benefit Administration Services. This is an opportunity to work with a tenured group of leaders at an established, 30+ year business in a role only open due to a retirement within the department.
To be a fit, we are looking for someone with experience managing staff in a healthcare and/or retirement benefits environment; ideally coming from an organization with enterprise scale. This company has experience a healthy amount of chance when it comes to systems and technologies and we’re looking for someone to drive change and optimize process with these new tools at their disposal.
This is a full-time, permanent position in South Minneapolis (hybrid) and comes with a very competitive compensation package, bonus potential and top of the line benefits.

Responsibilities
- Manage the benefits admin team
- Coordinate information system priorities
- Collaborate with other departments, reports, and superiors
- Hiring, firing, goal setting, coaching, developing of team members
- Ensure organizational goals are being met
Desired Skills and Experience
- 4 year bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of professional working experience
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Admin experience with benefits, retirement, or financial services
- Experience working closely with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Cannot require sponsorship
