Our Client is the leading distributor of mechanical power transmission, conveyor belts, electric motors, and control products in the upper Midwest. In partnership with their leadership team, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Leader with an unwavering entrepreneurial spirit. 

The Marketing Leader will collaborate closely with the senior management team across all departments to generate proactive ideas and solutions that support sales and overall brand and communications needs. This individual will be responsible for establishing the strategy for the company’s brand positioning and presentation, as well as managing the distribution and maintenance of brand assets and standards across all channels.

This role will also work in tandem with both B2B and B2C sales, leads to plus up marketing strategies that foster customer loyalty, attract new customers, and drive sales. Additionally, this is a leadership position within the company, which involves providing high-level strategic guidance and managing an internal team member.

Qualities we’re looking for: 

• Exceptional organizational skills and strong interpersonal communication abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• 8+ years of experience in trade shows and digital marketing methods, including social media, email marketing, SEO, data & analytics, and content marketing.
• A professional and proactive work ethic.
• A strong desire to collaborate with team members and cultivate strong relationships.
• Ability to proactively identify new opportunities to drive brand awareness in existing and new markets. 
• A strong entrepreneurial spirit, along with a passion for brand building and a commitment to celebrating the organization’s rich history through strategic marketing initiatives.
• Experience working with or for a distributor or relevant industry is a plus. 

This role is onsite at their headquarters in Plymouth, MN.
