Multifamily Construction Project Manager
We are seeking a seasoned leader in construction management with a focus on multifamily housing developments to oversee a range of projects from inception to completion. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution, from budgeting to scheduling, across all phases of the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
As the primary point of contact for all project-related activities, you will coordinate efforts across a diverse team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from securing necessary permits to managing vendors and contractors. You will ensure projects are executed according to the established budget and timelines while adhering to quality and safety standards. Specific duties will include, but are not limited to:

Partner with clients, engineers, and designers to define project goals, scope, and specifications.

Secure all required permits, licenses, and approvals to maintain compliance with local regulations.

Lead contract negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure favorable terms and maintain budget control.

Assess resource requirements and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment based on project needs and budget constraints.

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, adjusting as necessary to accommodate changes or challenges.

Hire, manage, and delegate tasks to contractors and support teams to ensure all roles are clearly defined.

Enforce adherence to all safety, health, and legal standards across the project site.

Provide consistent progress updates to all key project stakeholders, addressing any issues promptly.
Required Qualifications:

Extensive experience managing multifamily construction projects from start to finish.

In-depth knowledge of the construction process, including materials, timelines, and cost management.

Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
