Network Manager
SkyWater is partnering with a Twin Cities based company to help find their next Network Manager. This client is in manufacturing, and they have a few thousand employees domestically. This role is open to due to an internal promotion.
We are looking for candidates that are local to the greater Twin Cities area who are willing to be onsite a least 1 day a week and do not require sponsorship.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT related field or equivalent
- 10+ years of relevant work experience with 3+ years of people management
- Ability to provide leadership for network security, monitoring, hardware, software, configuration, installs
- Experience with supporting multi-site locations and their unified communications in a 24x7x365 environment
- Comfortable leading a distributed team of a few direct reports
