Production Supervisor (2nd shift)
SkyWater Search Partners is excited to partner with a well known, returning client on a 2nd shift Production Supervisor position (Leading a team of 20). This privately held manufacturer has been growing at a 15% clip every year over the past decade. They’re the industry leader in their space and are not showing any signs of slowing down. Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 20 on the manufacturing floor
- Develop daily staffing plans based on demand.
- Ensure ISO Procedures are followed
- Communicate with multiple shifts on lead times, scheduling, and any issues that arise.
- Responsible for ensuring that production schedules are on time
- Establishing and Managing Measurement Standards
- Work closely with internal departments to achieve production goals
- Utilize CI methodologies to improve productivity and quality
Desired Skills and Experience
- 1+ year of supervisor experience in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to develop and coach others
- Knowledgeable in LEAN Manufacturing
- Exposure to CNC Machinery and being hands on out on the floor preferred.
- Experienced setting objectives for production lines.
