Production Supervisor
SkyWater Search Partners is excited to partner with a well known, returning client on a Production Supervisor position (Leading a team of 30). This privately held manufacturer has been growing at a 15% clip every year over the past decade. They’re the industry leader in their space and are not showing any signs of slowing down. Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high performing team (30 people) on 2 separate production lines
- Responsible for ensuring that production schedules are on time
- Establishing and Managing Measurement Standards
- Work closely with internal departments to achieve production goals
- Ensure ISO requirements are met
- Develop and maintain metrics to promote continuous improvement
- Finding efficiencies and implementing new strategies for the line.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of supervisor experience in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to develop and coach others
- Knowledgeable in LEAN Manufacturing
- Experienced setting objectives for production lines.
- Exposure to CNC Machinery and being hands on out on the floor
