Production Supervisor
SkyWater Search Partners is excited to partner with a NEW client located just outside the Minneapolis area. Our client is a small manufacturing company and they’re looking to add a Production Supervisor that can quickly transition into a Production Manager within the first couple of years. Not a lot of companies do what they do which is exciting for someone that’s creative and process driven. In this role, you’ll be overseeing a few different departments while leading the production processes. This position requires someone who enjoys working cross-functionally with multiple departments to deliver innovative solutions for their clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a production team of 25.
- Responsible for ensuring that production schedules are on time
- Establishing and Managing Measurement Standards
- Work closely with internal departments to achieve production goals
- Ensure client requirements are met
- Develop and maintain metrics to promote continuous improvement
- Finding efficiencies and implementing new strategies for the company
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- At least 1 year of supervisor experience in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to develop and coach others
- Experienced setting objectives for production
- Process Driven and Analytical
