Regional Sales Manager
Our client is a dynamic and growing company in the eCommerce and retail technology sector, specializing in custom kitchen and bath products. They are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.
The Regional Sales Manager will drive sales growth within a designated territory, focusing on converting inbound leads and nurturing customer relationships. After achieving regional sales targets, the manager will be supported by a dedicated Sales Support Agent.
They offer a competitive base salary with uncapped commission opportunities. 1st year target income ranges from $120k – $150k with top earners over $250k. Employees are given a flexible hybrid work model of 50/50 at-home vs. in-office work.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and qualify customer needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate in the development of regional sales strategies.
- Stay informed about product offerings and industry trends.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of sales experience is required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the home improvement or luxury product industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
