Remote Complex Litigation Attorney – Dual Licensure Required
SkyWater Search is partnering with a boutique law firm with offices in 11 cities throughout the U.S. to find an attorney to join its Financial Institution Litigation practice. An ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant litigation experience (bonus points for appellate and/or federal practice experience). The role covers complex litigation needs related to real estate, property, liability, bankruptcy, appellate, and general commercial matters.
This is a remote role and requires Minnesota bar admission (federal and state), PLUS a second license in either Nevada, New Mexico, or California. Please do not apply without dual licensure status, or experience litigating in one of these states.
