Senior Accountant
Our client is a growing PE-backed Integrated Healthcare company to help them find a Senior Accountant with a process improvement/analysis bend.
Highlights:
– Fully remote Senior Accountant role (but must be in the Chicagoland area for the occasional clinic visit).
– Growing, stable company (EBITDA positive)
– Ownership over ME-close + payroll + process improvements/analysis
– Oversee international bookkeeper who handles AP, Cash, Recs., and transactional accounting.
– Exposure to FP&A – helps support Financial Analysis
– $80- 90K + 12% target bonus
Ideal Candidate:
– Small company Accountant or Public/industry mix
– CPA not required
– Someone who can drive process improvement
– Exposure to FP&A ideal
– Located in Chicagoland
