Sr. Digital Marketing Manager

In this role, you’ll be the digital champion, leading exciting growth and customer acquisition initiatives across various channels. You’ll get to create and execute fun digital marketing strategies for key product lines, launch new initiatives to help the business grow, and manage marketing efforts across various platforms.

You’ll also keep an eye on trends and customer feedback, connect with key influencers, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with brands, vendors, content creators, and their amazing Product and Marketing teams to create delightful experiences for customers.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

  • Analyze campaign performance data to continually optimize campaigns to achieve customer growth and product sales goals.
  • Utilize A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to improve conversion rates and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Identify and experiment with new and emerging channels to diversify customer acquisition sources and maximize reach.
  • Effectively balance the mix of acquisition, growth, and retention efforts in each channel.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to drive customer acquisition, loyalty, and retention across the customer lifecycle.
  • Report on key metrics and insights to the leadership team, providing actionable recommendations for growth and improvement.

Desired Experience:

  • 8+ years of digital marketing experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling digital marketing programs (Search, Display, Social, Email, Shopping and Affiliate marketing)
  • Demonstrated success using data and metrics to drive business results
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively, influencing others while building trust

This role is based in Minneapolis, MN with periodic visits to their Somerset, WI HQ.
