Senior Infrastructure Manager
We are partnering with a growing manufacturing company looking to add an Infrastructure Manager to their team. This role involves overseeing the design, implementation, and support of systems and networks, including cloud services, security, and endpoint management. This person will guide a team of 5 responsible for mission-critical infrastructure while collaborating on system enhancements and ensuring operational continuity.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage infrastructure, systems administration, and security operations - Oversee cloud services and endpoint systems, including deployment, patching, and security. - Ensure backup integrity and disaster recover preparedness - Manage security operations, including training and endpoint protection - Support and lead the team through daily operations
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (or similar) - 6+ years in network and systems administration and proven IT infrastructure management experience - Strong experience with Active Directory/Entra ID, Azure or AWS, and security solutions - Expertise in security operations and ITIL/ITSM - MUST be located in MN and willing to go onsite
