SkyWater Search Partners is collaborating with a national developer looking to add a Senior Owner Relations Manager to their established architecture team. 

Job Overview:

A prominent firm in the architecture and real estate development industry is seeking a Senior Owner Relations Manager to join their team. This senior-level role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, providing strategic support to the Development team, and overseeing multifamily projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in owner representation and a strong architectural background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project owners, ensuring clear communication and alignment between all parties involved.
  • Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors throughout the development process.
  • Provide expert guidance to the Development team, partnering closely to ensure project goals are met.
  • Oversee and support multifamily development projects from initiation through completion, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Assist with project planning, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in owner representation or related roles.
  • Proven experience in multifamily development projects.
  • A degree in Architecture, with a preference for candidates with a professional architectural license.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Comfortable navigating complex projects, providing clear guidance, and offering strategic solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
