Territory Manager
SkyWater is partnering with a thriving Manufacturing company that is family-owned and privately held. They are seeking a Territory Manager will cover the Grimes, IA area. This role offers flexible work schedule, local travel, a competitive compensation package, and ample room for professional advancement.
As the Territory Manager, you will drive business growth, lead outreach efforts, and expand the existing territory while continuing to grow current accounts. This role will be reporting to the Sales Director. This newly crafted position calls for a candidate with a background in Manufacturing.

Responsibilities
Responsible for new business development, account management, outreach, and building out territory. Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Travel within respective territory for customer visits. Serve as a voice of the organization by being forward-facing with customers to build relationships with new and existing accounts.
Desired Skills and Experience
A college degree or technical degree is preferred. 3-5+ years of experience. Manufacturing sales experience required. OEM experience is preferred.
