Territory Sales Manager – Hydraulics
SkyWater is partnering with a local custom manufacturing company in Chicago. They design and manufacture custom hydraulic and control solutions to customers throughout the Midwest.
They are hiring a Territory Sales Manager to grow existing business in the Chicago metro and surrounding states. The position is remote, requiring travel to visit customers within the territory. Experience selling within fluid power or automotive industries is highly desirable, and a technical sales background or engineering degree is a plus!
$130k – $160k+ OTE
Responsibilities
- Territory management within Chicago and surrounding states
- Strategic planning and execution to grow sales and customer base
- Coordination of quotation process
- Sales planning and forecasting
Desired Skills and Experience
- 2-4+ years of sales experience in hydraulics and/or fluid power
- Engineering degree highly desirable
- Experience with hydraulic systems and motion controls (electric) preferred
- Interpersonal and communication skills
