Total Rewards Manager
SkyWater Search is excited to conduct the search for a Total Rewards Manager at a MN-based client with a strong national presence.
This is a newly upgraded role to reflect continued growth and evolution of the function. The Total Rewards Manager will be responsible for strategic and administrative management of the organization’s Compensation and Benefits programs. This is a GREAT opportunity for someone who is ready and eager to move into a management position for the first time.
The company operates in a hybrid work model, it is a growing business, and they offer strong pay with a competitive bonus opportunity.

Responsibilities
-Plan, administer and communicate programs and procedures related to health and welfare benefits, wellness programs, disability, leaves of absences and retirement benefits. -Develop and maintain the compensation structure in alignment with the company’s compensation philosophy, allowing the business and company to remain competitive in the market. -Prepare annual government reporting requirements and ensure all compliance reports are filed in a timely manner. -Serve as an engaged, contributing member of the overall HR team, bringing coherence and an employee-centric approach to work.
Desired Skills and Experience
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field -5+ years of experience working in benefits and compensation -Incredibly collaborative, proactive, self-motivated with a strong drive for results -High attention to detail, ability to execute while also thinking strategically -Knowledge of legal compliance and regulations such as ACA, HIPAA, FLSA and COBRA
