VP of Corporate Accounting

The VP of Corporate Accounting will be their CAO’s right hand! This individual will oversee all corporate accounting/management company related tasks while have (2) direct reports – Accounting Manager and Corporate Controller.
The ideal candidate is someone who has a deep understanding of business complexities within a PE environment and has had experience leading accounting and finance functions.
**MUST BE LOCAL TO CHICAGOLAND
Responsibilities
- 10+ years of experience - public foundation sitting in industry
- Corporate Accounting responsibilities etc. payroll/allocations
- Industry Preference - Asset Management/Financial Services
- CPA Preferred
- Experience Managing a team
