VP of Sales & Marketing (Technology Services)
SkyWater Search Partners is exclusively recruiting on a VP of Sales & Marketing position with a premier IT solutions company located in Minnesota. Our client is a rapidly growing organization that provides solutions into various industries across the nation. They sell their products, software, and services into K-12, government, healthcare, and commercial accounts. They are seeking a sales leader to lead and develop a team of Business Development Reps and Account Managers along with overseeing Marketing. This individual will lead the team to expand enterprise and mid-market accounts and build new relationships nationally. They will be responsible for strategic planning, team management, marketing communications, establishing sales targets and execution, and coaching/ development of the team. This role will report directly to the CEO and will be a part of their executive leadership team.
This position will be compensated well through a competitive base salary plus bonus, LTIP, and exceptional benefits.

Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, coach, and mentor the sales team
- Establish and implement sales goals
- Drive strategic initiatives for the business and with customers
- Oversee marketing communications
- Ability to travel occasionally
Desired Skills and Experience
- 10+ years of sales experience with 5+ years of sales leadership experience
- Experience with technology related services or software is required
- Ability to lead a team of 10+ direct reports in sales and marketing
- Must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well-organized
- Ability to consistently hold sales team accountable for timely deliverables
- Proficiency with business software applications
- Ability to demonstrate planning, organizing and time management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams
