Adam Hoffarber, J.D.

Managing Partner

A founding owner and the Managing Partner of SkyWater, Adam brings fifteen years of proven leadership and exceptional executive recruitment experience to the SkyWater leadership team. In addition to leading and managing all firm operations across our ten practice divisions, including our internal Human Resources, Finance, & Marketing functions, he is also responsible for the development & execution of SkyWater’s strategic growth initiatives.

An executive search generalist, Adam conducts select leadership searches across a variety of industries; his successful recent placements include President, CIO, CFO, CMO, CHRO, COO, and VP-level positions.

Adam has been featured in a number of local and national publications including the Star Tribune, WCCO Radio, PC World, and Computerworld Magazine addressing employment & labor news in the Midwest market. He also contributes to an “Ask the Expert” column in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.

Adam graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management & Political Science and earned his Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. He currently resides in Minneapolis and enjoys golf, racket sports, and spending time at his cabin with his wife and three sons.
