In her role, Adriana manages the complete recruitment process—from understanding client needs and sourcing exceptional talent to facilitating seamless hires that drive organizational success.

Adriana grew up in St. Paul, MN, and attended Cretin-Derham Hall High School before earning her degree in Business Marketing from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. She currently lives in St. Louis Park.

Before joining SkyWater, Adriana was a voice and film agent at Wehmann Talent Agency.

In her free time, Adriana enjoys staying active by taking daily walks with her neighbor, reading, and spending time with friends.
