Managing Director, Human Resources & Marketing

Andrea serves as the Managing Director for the HR and Marketing search practices at SkyWater Search Partners, leveraging over 20 years of expertise in Human Resources and Executive Search. She specializes in leading HR leadership searches and fostering long-term relationships with a diverse client base, including large publicly traded corporations, private equity-backed firms, and family-owned businesses.

Prior to joining SkyWater, Andrea spent 15 years in Corporate HR roles at Fortune 500 companies, where she gained extensive experience in Talent Acquisition Leadership, HR Business Partnership, HR Transformation, and Lean Six Sigma facilitation.

Andrea earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification through the Human Capital Institute. She actively engages with local and national HR professional organizations to stay at the forefront of industry trends.

Residing in Stillwater, Minnesota, Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. In her free time, she can often be found cheering at her son’s sports events, traveling to beach destinations—especially Hawaii—attending live music performances, and staying active with yoga, Pilates, and her Peloton.
