Associate, Accounting & Finance - Chicago

As an Associate at SkyWater Search, Ashley currently works with a “full desk” on the Accounting and finance team. The team focuses on growth-oriented, middle-market companies based in the Minneapolis and Chicago areas.

Within Accounting and finance, Ashley specializes in recruiting and placing talent in full-time, permanent positions at various levels and titles: CFO, Controllers, Accounting Managers, Senior Accountants, VP Finance, Finance Directors, Finance Managers, Senior Financial Analysts, Audit Directors, and Audit Managers. Her team also can work on staff-level accounting and finance roles.

Ashley grew up in Somerset, WI, and graduated from Troy University with a B.S. in Psychology. Prior to joining SkyWater, she spent the last four years in accounting at Innovative Office Solutions, working in Treasury and Risk Management.

Ashley enjoys Lifetime fitness classes, listening to true crime podcasts and music, cooking a new meal, boating, going on nature walks, and reading books that focus on personal growth or psychological thrills.
