Ben Lehmann

Practice Director, Sales

Ben serves as a Practice Director at SkyWater Search Partners, where he leads the Sales practice group. With nearly a decade of executive recruiting experience, Ben specializes in placing executive Sales leaders with a diverse client base, including large publicly traded corporations, private equity-backed firms, and small to mid-sized organizations.

The Sales team is comprised of 7 full-desk recruiters with over 75 years of combined recruiting experience. The team members are specialists in the upper Midwest and have partnered with businesses across the nation for senior individual contributor positions through executive leadership.

Ben earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Winona State University, and prior to joining SkyWater, he had experience in sales and management.

Ben resides in Prior Lake with his wife, two children, and their two German Shorthairs. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, hunting, skiing, sports, and spending time with family.
