Corey Fitzgerald

Managing Director, Engineering & Operations

Corey serves as a Managing Director at SkyWater Search Partners, where he leads the Engineering, Operations & Supply Chain practice groups. With over a decade of executive recruiting experience, Corey specializes in placing executive leaders within small to mid-sized manufacturers across several industries, including, but not limited to, metal fabrication, medical device, food/beverage, chemical, and industrial machinery.

The Engineering, Operations & Supply Chain team is comprised of 12 full-desk recruiters combining for nearly 100 years of recruiting experience.  The team has demonstrated success in executing contingent and retained search from Sr. contributor level through C-Suite. Corey hails from St. Cloud State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Communications Studies and played Baseball.

A native of the Twin Cities, he was born and raised in Richfield. He currently resides in Minnetonka with his wonderful wife, two daughters, and their German Shepherd.
