Erin grew up in the Twin Cities. She moved out to Indiana for college and graduated from St. Mary’s College. Erin and her husband live in Maple Plain (Medina) with their 3 kids.

Erin started her career in retail. She spent 5 years at Target HQ on the buying side before having a chance for a special project in HR. She fell in love and moved into Brick & Mortar HR before being recruited to a well-known recruitment agency. Over the last 8 years, Erin helped build out the firm’s successful HR Consulting practice.

Erin is a Peloton fanatic! She enjoys spending her time with family and friends, and whenever possible working on a puzzle. She is also busy with their 2 dogs and cat.
