As an Associate at SkyWater Search, Giang currently works with a “full desk” on the Sales recruiting team. The SkyWater Sales team focuses on growth-oriented, middle-market companies based in the Midwest. Within this team, Giang specializes in recruiting and placing top sales talent in full-time, permanent positions:

• Vice President of Sales
• Director of Sales
• Sales Manager
• Regional Sales Manager
• Territory Manager
• Sales Engineer

Giang spent over eight years in recruiting and sales. He started in Skills Trade and then moved to Development, Test, and Systems-level Engineering. Before joining SkyWater, Giang spent the last four years at a software company as a Sales Recruiter, recruiting for sales professionals, including account managers, account executives, customer success managers, and others.

Giang grew up in grew up in Blaine, MN and graduated from the University of Minnesota with a bachelor’s in business management. He currently lives in Golden Valley with his fiancé and their two dogs, Athena and Nora. Giang enjoys golf, basketball, backyard sports, board games and playing fetch with his two dogs.
