Lindsay is a Managing Director at SkyWater Search Partners, where she leads both the Accounting & Finance (MSP) and Financial Services practice groups. With over 20 years of experience in executive search, Lindsay has earned a strong reputation in the market for working closely with CEOs, CFOs, and CHROs to build high-performing Finance and Accounting teams.

Her dedication to her work is unparalleled. Lindsay views her role as more than just a profession; it’s about fostering long-term relationships with both candidates and clients. She takes the time to truly understand their business objectives and career goals, ensuring that she delivers talent that aligns with her clients’ cultures and visions of success.

Lindsay graduated with honors from St. Catherine’s University, earning degrees in Sales and Accounting. She actively participates in FEI and ACG and enjoys giving back to her community by volunteering with several Twin Cities-based non-profits.

A proud Twin Cities native, Lindsay was born and raised in South Minneapolis. She resides in Edina with her husband, Bill, and their three children, Oliver, Scarlett, and Isabelle. When she’s not working, Lindsay enjoys spending time at her cabin in Crosslake, gardening, and indulging her passion for interior design.
