Associate, Engineering & Operations

As an Associate at SkyWater Search, Molly currently works with a “full desk” on the Operations & Engineering recruiting team. Within this team, Molly specializes in recruiting & placing talent in full-time, permanent positions at various levels & titles. Her team also has the capability to work on staff-level operations and engineering roles.

Molly grew up mainly in Joliet, Illinois and graduated from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. She recently got married in May. Prior to joining SkyWater, she spent two and half years in an agency as an Executive Recruiter. She focused on Biotechnology, Life Science and Pharmaceutical roles. Prior, she spent several years in hospitality sales for Marriott & Starwood Hotels.

Molly enjoys horseback riding. Her and her husband are excited to take in rescue horses on their farm property. They also enjoy exploring different restaurants and local breweries in the area.

The SkyWater Operations & Engineering team focuses on growth-oriented, middle-market companies based in the Midwest.
