As an Associate at SkyWater Search, Rylie is a part of the legal recruiting division. This division focuses on the placement of full-time attorneys and legal professionals within law firms and corporate legal departments. She works with attorneys in a broad range of practice areas including, but not limited to, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, patent prosecution, healthcare, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and employment law.

Rylie grew up in Davenport, Iowa, and graduated from the University of Iowa with her Bachelor’s in Political Science and Government. She then went to the University of St. Thomas School for law school. She graduated from law school this year and worked for the State of Minnesota Public Defender’s office as an Attorney Fellow prior to joining SkyWater.

She currently lives in downtown Minneapolis. She loves doing everything with her golden retriever Dolly, trying new gluten-free spots, traveling to tropical places, and playing tennis.
