Sujatha Ramanathan

Senior Talent Scout & Human Resources Lead

Sujatha is the internal talent scout for SkyWater Search Partners, along with serving as our People Operations Lead. She has been in the human resources and recruiting field since 2018, and brings a wealth of recruiting and people operations experience to SkyWater. Sujatha earned her B.S. from St. Cloud State University, where she double majored in Human Resource Management & Global Business, graduating magna cum laude, and her MBA from Concordia University in St. Paul, MN.

Sujatha has a passion for recruiting with an eye for retention, which is the mark of all great talent scouts. In her role, Sujatha connects experienced recruiters with the hiring leaders at SkyWater Search Partners. She also takes an active role in SkyWater onboarding & training, seeing that our candidates are supported from recruitment through early success.

In her spare time, Sujatha enjoys spending time outdoors, playing interesting card games with friends, and face timing with her very young Nephew. Note that her nephew may literally be the cutest baby in the world and we have photographic evidence to prove this.
