Associate, Accounting & Finance

As an Associate at SkyWater Search, Tina currently works with a “full desk” on the Accounting and finance team. The team focuses on growth-oriented, middle-market companies based in the Midwest.

Within Accounting and finance, Tina specializes in recruiting and placing talent in full-time, permanent positions at various levels and titles: CFO, Controllers, Accounting Managers, Senior Accountants, VP Finance, Finance Directors, Finance Managers, Senior Financial Analysts, Audit Directors, and Audit Managers. Her team can also work on staff-level accounting and finance roles.

Tina grew up in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, and completed her degree at Minnesota State University, Mankato. Prior to joining SkyWater, she spent two and a half years at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, where she specialized in office and administrative roles, human resources, marketing, and sales. She also worked as a preschool teacher for over five years before entering the staffing world.

Tina currently lives in St Louis Park with her puppy, Wilson (aka “Willy”), who loves his tennis ball, going to the dog park, and taking long naps. Tina enjoys spending time with her friends and family, going to the gym, attending group fitness classes, and recently starting to run.
